I love this gym.....plus if you come at the right times ....you can have the gym almost all to yourself if your a night bug like me! This place is very clean and affordable and comfortable. The staff is very professional and friendly. I like the environment and now this place is expanding and getting bigger so they are making more room!! I cant wait to see how it will look once its done!!Come train and do it without the planet fitness BS!!ud83dude1b plus there is a shop right beside the gym to buy protein and vitamins( even though ive never been in it myself).
Great gym love the atmosphere here not too crowded. Been lifting with a trainer there for about 2 or 3 months and have been loving getting stronger and better every time I come out. Service is great everyone is nice 5 star gym.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never too packed, kids area and entire gym are always clean. They offer great great classes and the the trainers are very thorough and competent. Have been going here almost 3 months now and I still love it as much as when I first started!
Very affordable and super clean facility! It's never too busy when I go in and there's plenty of open equipment. I love that they offer group classes too, like Yoga and Zumba. They have drop in childcare as well for the little ones and TVs in the gym where you can check on your kids while you're working out. My kids ask to go play there everyday!
This gym went downhill fast. The machines upstairs are not working and haven’t for a couple of months. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is great. Very welcoming people but they are not fixing the issues at hand. The classes are cool but the regulars are not welcoming to new people.nnThe biggest issue I have is the trainers, it’s a waste of money and time. They preach consistency but are not consistent at all. I understand what the contract says but i have had 3 different trainers and I have had a membership for a month and some change. No heads up about switches, no professionalism there. I’ll be grateful for the hope mills gym to open because I will never come back here. They might drive me away before then.
