I took the plunge a couple months ago to join a CrossFit gym. I was hesitant, nervous and anxious. I found CrossFit Guild and immediately attracted to at first because of how close it was to my house. As I dug a little deeper in social media and their reviews I was definitely convinced to join their gym, and let me say best decision ever. Travis and Stacie are are awesome owners and coaches! Their on ramp program was very well planned out! It gave you a little taste of every aspect of CrossFit. I love how different coaches would teach the on ramp classes too, it was never one specific coach. This gave you the opportunity to meet the various coaches they have! Which by the way, they’re all awesome! Not only were the coaches great but so were the individuals in your classes. There was no “big macho ego” presence in that gym. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! As a first time CrossFit-er I HIGHLY recommend this gym and the people!!
This is a great place for beginners and the advanced. Crossfit Guild is filled with great coaches that that the time to improve your movements and make you stronger. Works outs from warm up to cool down are typically an hour and a half.
Best Xfit facility in the Greater Fayetteville area! Owner and his wife are some of the best Americans you will ever meet. They genuinely care about you and your fitness goals, unlike most xfit gyms that treat you like just another Dollar.
Best crossfit gym in the area!
I contacted them weeks ago via email, a lady named Stacie responded once with information about starting crossfit, asked me what time works best. After I responed I never heard back, that was Jan. 17th.
