Alot of CVS locations need improvement however this is the nicest one in my opinion! Very clean and not cluttered.
I am a provider trying to simply call in a prescription. I have tried three times to leave a message for the prescription and was unable to because the call was disconnected. As soon as the automated service transferred me to the voicemail the call dropped. So I tried to call to speak with someone. After being on hold for over 30 mins, the call cancelled/dropped again. Simply trying to call in an antibiotic for my patient. While on hold called from my cell phone and the call was dropped after waiting at least 20 mins. Still not able to reach anyone. Tried calling again and someone just hung up on me.
This CVS is charging $10.29 a can for Lysol. Pretty sure that’s illegal during a state of emergency. You are taking advantage of people who are just trying to buy cleaning supplies.
The pharmacy here is terrible! I drive 15 miles to Hope Mills every time because this place is so bad.
Went to pick up my wife's prescription and had a few extra bucks and coupons I needed to use before they expired. The nice young man James that was at the register was a delightful surprise. Instead of getting aggravated at me switching things around and reringing items to see how I'd get the best deal he recommends other coupons on the app and actually showed me a couple deals that were better than what I was buying. It was nice to have a fellow money saver helping out
