One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. The only bank I’ve ever seen who charges an overdraft fee for purchases made less than 24 hrs before your direct deposit hits. The customer service is horrible as well. I really hate this bank and I hope you don’t foolishly choose to open an account with them like I did
Wow. What an experience.nThe workers don’t greet you at all. Literally walked up and she just stared at me until I said something. They are all a bunch of robots.nRude and hate their job. I’m so thankful I don’t bank with them! Hallelujah! Will never use them again.
I have been banking with FSNB for approx. 10 years and when I read these reviews I was totally shocked. I know some of these Managers and I have banked at all their branches and I have never been treated rude or made to stand and be ignored. I have had to wait my turn in line. I have had checks put on hold, no different attention, just good old fashion banking. I hate the others feel that way, but, if you stop and ask to speak with a manager they will appropriately and immediately handle the situation! Good Bank!
Im in this bank atleast once a week never any problems
Every time I go in I joke with them we laugh my whole transaction they are wonderful people
