They are the worst, it always seems I'm just outside there delivery area, even though it show only to be 2.6 miles to 3.0 miles.nI would completely understand if it was 5 miles are more. But to be that close and only serving cold cut subs Cannot understand there logic of reasoning.nThere are other food business in the area that will, which means that Jimmy John's loses out.nIs this their logic??
Terrible 2nd impression...smh! Walked in last night. Ordered a #4 Regular. Mind you im the only customer there so I don't understand the confusion. Got my sub and left. When I opened it there was only meat and bread. Nothing else. Very disappointed and ud83dude20. Called 3 times and guy finally picks up. Told him that someone needs to deliver me another sandwich. He said that probably is not gonna happen(rude). Didnt try to resolve the issue and then had the nerve to say he was the manager. Terrible customer service! Last time going ther.
The young lady working the register today 8/24/20 @ 3:12 was extremely RUDE! The driver that came in tho to make the subs was great he made the experience a lot better. But she needs a talking to not jimmy johns material. Thanks
