I loved their cheeseburger the bread was so soft, the lettuce was fresh and well cut, and the patty was a great size. The fries are crunchy and seasoned so well! definitely recommend
Went today with my roommate, we both ordered separately. Only one other person was waiting on their food. Was told it would be 20 minutes after in the oven for one item, I had no problem waiting so ordered anyway. 30 minutes later I got two parts of my order and I asked on the status of the third and final item- heard the chef audibly laugh as he put it in the oven. Chefs weren’t wearing masks. Stood at the counter for several minutes without being spoken to when I tried to ask any questions. Awful service, won’t be back.
was told that the calzone would only take 20 minutes. when i got part of my order around half an hour after i ordered it, that’s when they started the calzone. the food is fine, but the chefs don’t wear masks. i won’t be coming back.
Called twice and was told to “hold on”. after 20 minutes of waiting the phone hung up. i preceded to call again and let him know it was me and i was ordering for delivery and refused to be put on hold AGAIN (because at this point i had been on hold for a total of 35 minutes from the first 2 calls). the man then responds with a nasty attitude saying he has a line in the store..... don’t get me wrong the food is good but the customer service is trash. definitely just lost a very loyal customer.
