I’m not ordering from this place ever again. I have order cheese sticks a few times but this is my last with this place the cheese on the cheese sticks should not be dark brown/black. I have worked in food before and the only way it gets like this is if it’s over cooked or doesn’t have enough cheese on it. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT HARD. And the male I spoke on the phone with was rude and acted like he didn’t care saying “I can’t control the temperature of the oven”. Then you’re suppose to compensate for the temperature of the oven, if the oven is that hot put more cheese.

I ordered my food at 9:24pm and the Manger called me around 10:35pm which was nice but said they just put my order in the oven. But they went ahead and put my order in as delivered so the can go ahead and start closing down sense they close at 10:30 but wasn't supposed to close til 11pm. I didn't get my food until 11:47pm which was cold and missing my half gallon sweet tea. Now I have to wait til tomorrow to call about they mess up.

Ordered online for future delivery where they had plenty of time for it to be done right with no items missing. But some how they still managed to get an attitude when you call and question the order. 1/8/21 Yet again ordered from this restaurant to give them another chance but yet again they seem to get the order wrong.

took my food over an hr to get to my apartment, although it’s located within walking distance. when i called to see what was happening, the rudest woman answered the phone. one of the employees took down all of my information wrong, including my phone number, but it was somehow my fault. when i tried to call back to complain, the phone rang for a few minutes with no answer. my order was cold and i didn’t get my sauces.
