They came out super quick!! I locked myself out of my home, turns out my door settled. She came, changed my locks and readjusted the door and was super amazing. I didn’t get taken advantage of price wise, like I would have other places. She was super thorough and I will be using them again if needed!!!

My door lock had been sticky for a while but I hadn’t gotten around to oiling it. I got home one night in the cold and rain and turned my key real hard and heard a depressing “snap” come from inside. The internal mechanism had broken and the bolt was still set on lock. I was afraid it might take a sledgehammer to get back inside, so I called Pop-A-Lock. Natalie came and disassembled it like it was a gum wrapper and then fixed it with a replacement part in record time. She was professional, polite, punctual and reasonable. Thanks for your great service. I called back AAA and told them how awesome you were.
