Pretty sure the young man who helped me was named Devonte....quick, reliable service for an odd battery replacement. He tested the old battery and confirmed it was kaput, made an appropriate suggestion, tallied my order, and away I went. Efficient & accurate service at a very fair price. That's a win! Will definitely be shopping with these folks again.

I went to this particular Batteries Plus Bulbs because they can provide and program key fobs for your car, truck or SUV. Service was quick. I'd advise you to call ahead to make sure they have the fob you need in stock and to make an appointment. Appointments are not necessary but it can save you some wait time.

Got my cellphone battery replaced. Only took 20 minutes. Works great now. Also, they carry Duracell batteries for everything. Got a 2000 lumen flashlight there. Lights up my whole backyard. Great for home security and for when traveling.

I had an issue with my iPhone X battery swelling to the point the screen was popping out, I called the store after seeing online that they could repair this. Zach answered the phone when I called and answered all of my questions, checked the stock of the battery, and quoted me a price all in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. He informed me that if I could have the phone there before around 5 or so they could take care of it same day. Once I got to the store Zach again assisted me with checking the status of a few things on my phone, going over some paperwork and then took care of the repair. They called me in about 30 minutes and it was complete. My phone was put back together perfectly. I was very pleased I could have it repaired and, not cost an arm and a leg. Upon picking it up everyone again was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you’ve got a battery issue with a device!

You have what I need and I don't need to order it for delivery in 2-3 days. You have friendly staff. You have good Covid19 protocols. You seem to be filling a niche market which Radio Shack abandoned years ago. Keep up the great work and I will be a returning customer for years to come!!!
