I spoke with Zeppelin whom explained the cost and what would happen with a tenant eviction. I was supposed to receive 2 keys with each re-keyed lock. Brad was pleasant until I requested the 4 keys, since he had only given me two. I then nicely asked for a receipt and he got very nasty and when I requested my change from the transaction he got even nastier and sarcastic. I have not received my receipt via email as he was supposed to send it by end of business day. I will not be using this company again. Thank you brad for insuring that I will be using pop a lock if I ever want an all around professional and pleasant experience.
I was told no techs available to assist and did not know how long techs would be unavailable. Maybe job was too small. I locked myself out of the house in the cold. Just needed door knob unlocked. Called Pop-A-Lock...agree got me back into my warm house in less than 20min. Very nice Russian woman..can't remember her name.
Super helpful! Got my Car key fixed quickly and working better than before and I saved sooo much from the dealership price. 5/5 stars all day
I'm from nc, so this was a unique form of southern cooking but I enjoyed my meal. The inside is beautiful and staff was nice.
Lost my key and it cost 230 to cut and program a new key for my 2003 Toyota 4Runner on-site. They were extremely accommodating. The price was fair and even tho they had to perfect the key at the shop, I still felt it was overall very fair. They copied a pair of my house keys for free since I had to come to the shop. The key maker machine (idk the name) at the shop had a strange issue with getting the key code I think and had to reprogram a key made the wait a bit longer but overall very positive experience. I don’t think you can find better prices with this excellent service. They put my issue as first priority despite already receiving my money and coming across this frustrating issue. You bet your a** I’ll go here next time I have key issues.
