At our first encounter, Pearman seemed like he knew about the paperwork necessary to get our situation in order. Though he did get it worked out, it was very upsetting that it took way longer than he said it would take, he kept making us go back to his office to turn in paper work while we live an hour and a half away, always remembering a few days later that there was another document to sign. And there was even a time where my husband was asked to go in, and they asked him why he was there. The whole trip wasted. There is really bad communication in the office. I really hope they work these issues out.
