I never have a problem whenever I'm at Planet fitness trying to improve myself not just physical but mentally as well. I say this because even after a rough day at work I still feel motivated and eager to better myself when I'm around the environment. I joined PF in 2019 and it has been the best decision I've ever made. From the moment I walked into the gym, Lauren focused on my fitness goals and tailored a workout program that wasn't too strenuous but still allowed me to lose weight. Since I started, I have lost a combined total of 30 pounds! The clauses she teaches are awesome and she is very encouraging! I'm so glad I signed up!

Always an amazing workout. Quiet as usual. Friendly staff. Social distancing practices are followed by everyone and mask are worn. Cleaning practices was observed being followed by everyone. Staff walked around throughout the gym to ensure compliance. Although everyone was following the rules voluntarily. I enjoy my black card membership.

It’s very spacious the guy who signed me and my wife up was very professional courteous and knowledgeable.nnThey have nice amenities here for black card members and it’s SPACIOUS... people are the problem though.nnA lotta meatheads who don’t believe in social distancing and wiping down. But the staff do their best to accommodate the cavemen...nnWould recommend just make it clear you don’t want anyone near you and you’re good !nnGotta just stand your ground

Not and even balanced staff. Some are rude while others are seemingly pleasant. I went to reserve a water bed and I was ignored with 3 ladies behind the counter. 1 young lady (blonde haired) was helping someone as the other two walked away. (Not even checking their surroundings). Then a patron grabbed a drink right after the blonde finished helping the other patrons and attempted to ignore me until I said excuse me. Then instead of a “proper greeting” she respond with “what’s up”. Very unprofessional. Had I not said excuse, I would have continued to be ignored. I do not like being treated like I don’t exist where I PAY a monthly membership. It is highly unacceptable, and I will find and contact the franchise owner of this establishment.
