1st time all's fine I guess. What really is in today's senarios
The owner manager started up another membership under my name using my info from where. I worked up there mind you I didn't know he did this at all because I already had a membership set up when it was noticed about 9 months later I called him he gave me the runaround told me to call ABC about my money so I did ABC is the one told me he has been sending in an invoice with my name on it that he would have to stop it that was three months ago and he is still sending them in but I stopped payment and I keep getting calls from ABC about it and he still won't answer my calls and don't have voicemail set up so I can't leave a message
The employee thinks confronting a member and carrying on after feedback they didn't like is acceptable.
These guys are no where to be found. I went by and called on several occasions & workers are not honoring the office hours that are listed. The gym was shut down due to Covid, and when reopen happened I was never informed. These guys continue billing me for a services I had no knowledge of. The manager wasn’t accommodating @ all. I’ve been with Anytime fitness(started elsewhere) for 10+ years and can’t believe I’m walking away.
Why is this not opened 24/7??? I’ll be moving here soon for a job and I wanted to workout after I got off.
