Once again, I do a mobile order and I get to the store in the lobby is closed with the drive-through lane being 20 to 25 cars long. The app clearly showed in store purchases at this location. This is very disappointing for someone who has been a loyal rewards member we’re almost a decade. The right thing to do is offer refunds for these scenarios! I will be making more of an effort in to visit our wonderful local coffee shops from now.
Wow. Ordered online and it 20 minutes to get it. They also got the order wrong. The entire place was chaos. Not going back.
