This CVS was good; they've had all their great pharmacists leave recently (Phil ,Clayton, etc). On a recent visit the new pharmacist could not have been more rude. He has no customer service skill. there are many other options available for my family to go to for our prescriptions. I hate this place has turned bad.
The pharmacist that was working when I went to get my insulin needles did not let me buy them due to not having a prescription.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past four years and I’ve had bad experiences with the pharmacy staff. On several occasions I’ve had to deal with incredibly rude and annoyed staff when I’m just trying to get my prescriptions. They’ve given me the wrong things on multiple occasions. And try to argue with me to take another medication often when I’m allergic to the Generic ones. They never keep my correct insurance info in their system. They put you on hold a lot and walk away when you try to talk to them. They are unfriendly and have attitudes when you are nothing but polite to them. Also the area is sketchy I’ve been harassed by multiple men outside the store. They’ve tried to get me in their cars and catcall me. It’s not safe.
Walked in and walked out very dirty store went to get a bar of facial cleanser and it was opened. Floors are dirty they need a cleaning crew in this store!!!!
This CVS is usually pretty good, they've had 2 pharmacists leave recently (Phil and Clayton) so they may be experiencing growing pains because of this. My only complaint is that there are not enough carts, or available for customers use on days that their orders come in. The entire staff are very friendly,
