So many vape / smoke / head shops in the area where I live. THIS is my go to shop. I get such great customer service here, veteran experience staff that has grown and adapted with the ever changing industry. If I have questions they put effort into getting accurate answers. Always to my satisfaction. I was having maintenance trouble with a product, a broken glass tank, and Ava took 15 minutes to find a solution for me. She pops up a glass that works for me. I am back to happily vaping now. Her demeanor was always kind professional and I really felt that I was in the presence of a master clerk/tech representative of this industry. Everyone is friendly at this location and will really put forth the extra mile to satisfy customers. I leave the store happier than when I went in, and pleased with my experience there, every time. Quella is the best. She’s so helpful to customers. She’s a bright spirit and every time I go to this store, she’s super friendly. I like this specific glass city better because of the customer service.

I went in here a couple months ago and couldn’t find the vape I needed anywhere else and Quella was absolutely fantastic in helping me! Everytime I come in and she’s working she makes me feel so welcomed! Thanks again girl!
