Two words: reevaluate staff
Gone here for years and never had an issue. That is until I noticed an employee her own rewards card on my purchases - - I never got points for a large purchase.
It was a great store, but a change of management and staff has made it horrible. The staff is rude, can't stay off their phones and act like you are bothering them. I will not return.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They even know how to use the speedway app. Something you don't see at a lot of places for some reason... I visit this place on an almost daily basis. My favorite local convenience store.
It's was one of the worst experience to step inside the speedway on Saturday September 7th around 9:30 PM. I wanted to use the restroom and and as soon as I opened the restroom door the cashier started complaining don't use the restroom they are out of order. Well they were clean but not outof order within 3 seconds she started yelling don't use it otherwise I will take a picture of your car tags plates and call the cops.nnJust because I didn't get gas from the pump she refused to let me use the restroom, I really had to go and I used it when I came out she was on the phone I guess it was a crime in her eyes that I used the restroom. I will call the customer service to report this incident and let them know how disrespectful the cashier was just because I had to go use the restroom.nnIf speedway keeps this attitude with customers SHEETZ will run them out of there business. It's just a matter of time.
