Customer service isn’t the best from all the staff. Sometimes they offer help and sometimes they will just stare at you. The nighttime staff in the pharmacy is a lot better than the daytime staff. The store is always out of stock on several items. Not sure if it’s because of the amount customers that come from the surrounding hotels. The store manager should be better prepared.

The manager, Charles, is always yelling at customers and making his employees look and feel bad in front of everyone. He needs to be fired ASAP, he’s not fit to be a manager! He needs some serious therapy or help. Either he abuses his partner or his partner abuses him because no one just displays such abuse towards customers and employees alike without being abused themselves!!

I asked for assistance for the self checkout using some coupons and the worker was very rude.

The main pharmacist who works here has got to be the rudest man I have ever met. He doesn’t care at all about his clients or what they might be going through. Before COVID I was trying to talk to him about a personal matter and he didn’t even have the decency to step 15 steps closer so I didn’t have to share my information with the 5 people standing behind me in line. He’s a real piece of work every time I go in to get my prescription and he is the main reason I switched pharmacies even though I live down the street. Get some manners if you’re going to work with the public ! Especially when I’m incredibly nice every single time I go in but am met with snarky comments and left feeling humiliated and awkward. Screw that.
