Starbucks

This is my favorite location. Great staff, however Evan could use a little more training in customer service. He wasn't quite to the caliber as the usual staff. Also when visiting yesterday I noticed a bit of unsanitary behavior before handing a customer her drink.

I generally love Starbucks but they had a cashier in he was about to get off and was a bit snappy in his attitude towards me. He seemed to be gay in his appearance and I really didn't appreciate the tones he used when he spoke to me concerning my order. I won't be returning to the Battleground location anymore.

I asked if the knew how to make a Raspberry cheesecake just because i saw it being advertised and one girl yelled at me all of a sudden and saying that they dont know what it is and how to make it. Then i asked for another drink and when i got it, it was wrong no bothering going back too much hassle. If they juat tell me no instead of yelling it would have been fine.

4 people behind me get their drinks first. They were making them in no order and I ended up waiting 15 minutes. My food was cold by the time I finally got my order because I had waited so long. They were also out of the first 2 food items I ordered. Place has no structure and it made me late. Terrible service

I sat down to wait for my coffee (to go) and the barista told me i couldnt sit. But 2 tables down there was a customer sitting down with his laptop doing work. Why didnt she tell him as well? Not sure. Also the people behind me got there drinks before me. I wont be going there anymore.
