I never write reviews, but DO NOT GO HERE! They placed a $50 hold on my card (I was rang up INSIDE to buy $10 of gas) and I NEVER recieved this $50 back. My bank says they are still holding onto it, so I called Circle K twice, and both times got cussed out by an older southern woman who works in there who refuses to listen to me. She insists it’s my bank’s fault- but I have talked to Wells Fargo four times and they insist it’s Circle K and will not do anything about it. Horrible, nasty customer service, sad employees, would literally never go near it with a 10 foot pole. Save yourself the money you never wanted to spend :)

Big gentleman asked my wife for ID for a lottery ticket because he said she looked under 40 yrs. Dude!! She's a 40yr old Colombian American! Something is a little off about that guy. Because she didn't have her ID, he refused to let me buy a ticket.nnLike

I came into this Circle K on November 26 at 11:24pm and specifically requested a wood tip sweet black and mild. The cashier handed me a plastic tip and I realized once I got to my car that she had given me the wrong cigar. I immediately returned and upon bringing it to her attention she stated that “all tobacco products are final sale” and refused to give me what I had originally asked for. (Same price)nnI’ve been coming to this Circle K for years and never have had someone be so rude after an error on their end.nnThe customer service at this location just seems to get worst as time goes on.

My husband went here to buy a beer and when the cashier ask for his id he told my husband that they no longer accept mexican passaports only american passaport. So we went to another circle k we had no problem and i asked about that so called new policy and behold there is no such new policy. Never taking my bussiness to this place the cashier is shady and by the looks of things racist.

Crappy sullen attitude behind the cash register with zero personality. My suggestion is when someone is helping support your job you act like you're interested in keeping the job.
