I got a completely different order than what I had ordered, because of that I spent more money than what I received. Customer service was also bad, when I tried to call to and tell them the issue about my order no one answered. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The young lady that took the order was fine and very professional but the boy and yes I said boy because that’s what he is at the second window was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Customer Service is not for everybody and apparently he needs a refresher course. You treat every customer the same. I work in customer service so I know how it works. After this experience I wouldnt go back if thats how employees handle customers. On top of that the fries were cold and the fish sandwich was wrong it was suppose to be light tartar sauce and it was a glob of it with no cheese. Also had I been the rude customer I wanted to be I would’ve thrown the ketchup that was requested right tf back.

Employees are rude. My family and I do not feel safe at this location anymore after watching the management threaten customers on multiple visits.

Since im a disabled veteran who can not wear a mask. I tend to not leave my house. But when i do. I go to the same establishments. I have not had a problem at this location in the 4 yrs of going. But today i was thrown out for not having a mask. I only go to this location because i felt like i was a regular. I have not worn mask at this location ever. I told the person i had a disability and that i was exempt from the gov. Mandate. The person demanded me out. Even after i told them i had a disability and a note as well from my doctor at the VA hospital. I have never been so embarrassed. I will no longer spend my $ at this location or any others for that matter if this is the way you treat your disabled veterans...

Not expecting greatness but they gave me a chocolate milkshake with a swamp of chocolate syrup at the bottom and vanilla ice cream on top. No mixing happened. My burger was wrong two times, this place is always a mess.
