This location I have never had a problem out of. They usually are very fast and the accuracy of my order is on point majority of the time. definitely stands out from the rest around the area.

Food is always fresh at this location but the people who work here definitely don't like talking to the customers. I told a guy yesterday thank you and he ignored me. Pretty bold for customer service.

Every time I go there the order is taken wrong then they give you the wrong items after they seem to have it corrected on the screen!! This place is horrible when it comes to communication! I’ve been calling for over 20 minutes my break with no answer to correct the issue! If this place was run by someone else and had Completely different crew members it may be a ok place to place orders with little to no issues! The people giving good reviews must know the employees personally!

Terrible, girl taking the order was rude and not listen to anything you say. Then just gave me anything and up sold me on the low and didn't ask. Its snow the morning of 2/7/21 and it 7:30 with only one other car. Why is my order wrong? I get to my office and call them I'm so mad. I drive back there in the snow and I pull in and the whole crew is outside with their phone taking pics. They run back inside so I can get through the drive thru and went right to work stations and no one washed their hands after handling there phone. I get to the window, talk to the manager and drive off. Get to my office and they screw up the order again after driving there twice in the damn snow. Next day, I get sick! I hope you get shut down for good. Period!

The fries were gross. You can tell (I worked at a McD's for 5+ years) that they were old, and had probably been re-dropped into the oil to reheat. Floppy, not even half edible. The burger was decent, no issues with the soda. The main issue, other than the fries, was that instead of charging me the combo price, I was charged for all items separately in my meal. I suspect the person taking orders and money may have realized this before I did, as he did not give me a receipt. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location, but it is the first time I have been annoyed enough to leave a review.
