The young lady in the office this morning was delightfully helpful! She went out of her way to help me and my husband get into our unit. (our door was jammed) She jumped at the opportunity to help us and was so polite as well. One of the best customer service experiences I've had during our time here. We will be sure to recommend to all our friends and family they store at the Breckenridge location!
Getting set up was very easy. I found pricing was very affordable and inexpensive. Ryan and the other staff was friendly and helpful. Clean well kept property and unit. Overall very satisfied and if in need for another storage unit, I will look for Public Storage again.
I just wanted to say that moving is never easy, but the staff at this location were beyond helpful. Ryan was an absolute joy. He addressed all of my concerns. He put my mind at easy, and the online checkout is amazing.
Very professional. Ryan was excellent. We had an issue with the moving company and they solved it quickly and got me moved to another facility they owned with wider lanes for turning.
Ryan was extremely helpful and so kind during the move-in/check-in process. He called to verify my reservation and even postponed his lunch in order to accommodate my timeframe, and acted glad to do it! He actually seemed happy to answer all my silly questions, and didn’t mind that it took me three phone calls to get everything situated. Great experience!!!
