This place has a lot of storage spaces..well lit and camera's everywhere. And staff is wonderful
Ok, don’t hate me, but I’m a big fan of reading reviews on places, but don’t dedicate much time to writing them...I know, I know...shameful. But this place was so fantastic I had to take the time to share my experience.nnI had the distinct pleasure of working with Claire, who is dynamite, by the way. I had called ahead with the type of space I needed, she was awesome and accommodating. I called ahead again the day I went to pick up keys, and she had already printed off everything and was ready to go. She taped her business card to the key cards (which I really thought was genius) and walked me through the unit I was interested in. The whole property was very clean, well-maintained, and safe. Security cameras are EVERYWHERE. I’ve never used a storage unit before but I had images of Storage Wars in my brain, overpacked and creepy. Not at all what’s going on there. They take a lot of pride in keeping their grounds safe and clean. I was very impressed.nnIf you need to store stuff, even temporarily, do it here. Ask for Claire, you will fall in love with her and their property, just like I did!!

Great Experience at Spring Street Storage!nI've been utilizing their facilities for five years and everything about it has been great. They are responsive and professional. Any concerns I may have had were immediately addressed and resolved. Clare does a wonderful job. I absolutely recommend this business!
Spring Street Storage is truly an incredible place! I stored all of my belongings in there when I began working overseas several years ago. Through it all Claire has been keeping the home fires burning. Through changes in credit cards, changes in address, and literally God knows what else, she has ensured the safety of my most prized, valuable, and sacred possessions. Just recently I had some difficulty with payment and was out of touch for a long while. I fear other places may have auctioned off my belongings or done who knows what else with them. NOT CLAIRE!!! This woman was patient. She tracked me down in the most amazing and resourceful way! It was truly incredible how brilliant she was in Getting a hold of me. Even at that she still waited weeks while I got myself sorted out to pay. It was so kind and helpful for her to do that and she DID NOT HAVE TO! I will NEVER store my things anywhere else except Spring Street Storage! It’s the best! NO NO! CLAIRE is the best! Run! Don’t walk to Spring Street Storage!!!!!
