I’m highly impressed by the quality service provided by their employees. It was a simple $20 charge for ordering checks, but they went above and beyond to reverse the fee. They called to keep me informed and gave me a direct number to use to contact the branch manager.
They are the best! I have never had a bank go more out of their way to help a customer.
Hard to reach on the phone. Just ridiculous
Cant ever get anyone to answer a phone. Not everyone has time to go to the bank for simple questions. I called for two days straight, a total of 10 times while I was at work. I had the correct number as well! I went by there today, finally made time and was curious, so I called bank while in there, and guess what, nobody answered.....in fact, they weren't busy at all, standing around talking!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
