McDonald's

This McDonald's usually has great fast service and I love the fact that there's a Starbucks right next door to it. by the way when I say fast service I'm referring to drive through cuz I never go inside this drive through actually has the two car drive through which makes things go a lot faster.

Food was typical McDonald's, but one of the drinks was wrong or so we thought; instead machine was having trouble and they knew it. They did give replacement good thing we went inside to order.

Delicious chocolate chip cookies. Took about 5 minutes to make but the wait was worth it. Soft, creamy and warm. 2 for 1 dollarud83dudc4cud83eudd73.nnThanks :)

This by FAR the WORST McDonalds chain in the entire area if not the whole state! Every single time I go there there is an issue. I am always asked to pull up and wait for food. When I pull up and wait for what is supposed to be 5 mins I end up waiting for 10-15 minutes with no apology unless I raise hell. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. I will drive the extra distance to not have to come to this location anymore and you should save yourself the trouble.

Put it this way, employees shouldn’t assume that everyone uses the store’s App. Instead of assisting me as a customer, the side kick female in drive thru had an attitude and the other help was no help although more friendly than her. In the end, they still had to cancel my order so why not do that in the beginning to start a new order for me????? Then you would have had a happy customer.
