Sheetz

Benjamin Gilbert is a wonderful employee at Sheetz. Every time I come in he is extremely helpful and always greets me with a smile. While I’ve shopped I’ve also noticed he goes above and beyond to reach other customers needs as well. He’s dedication to his job defiantly shows and he makes each visit spectacular.

The fact that this Sheetz has free air is a godsend. When so many gas stations want to charge you an insane amount for something that's free, this is a refreshing change. I needed air, but I topped off my tank just to show my support.

I've always loved Sheetz even before the MTO food and beverages became a thing

We ran out of gas and while getting gas (20 minutes round trip) our car got either stolen or towed. A Lyft driver brought us to this Sheetz. While here, we ordered food and were awaiting an officer to call us. It’s 30 degrees outside so we sat in the dining area (which we knew was closed, but we had few options). While sitting there the officer called and I was going over the details with him when the manager of this Sheetz (Alyssa) came and said that the dining area was closed. We were trying to talk with the officer over the phone while trying to listen to and answer the manager. She then said “and that means y’all need to leave”nThis is abhorrent behavior. I am a frequent customer of Sheetz and know a few of the managers in the Garner, Cary and Holly Springs areas of NC. They are all normally very professional, but in this case, this particular night manager was rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful.nThis is unacceptable behavior and I will (or have already, depending on when you’re reading this) be reporting this manager to her superiors.nI will never tolerate poor treatment.

Horrible service on the food I found a plastic on my sub and almost choked. Will never come back
