Today, I spoke with Lucy about possible fraudulent charges on my credit card. She was professional and courteous and helpful. This is the first time I've ever had an issue concerning my credit card but I've had a few fraudulent attempts on my debit card and I must say Summit Credit Union Fraud Department does an excellent job of monitoring and catching any attempts of fraudulent use. I have always had a positive experience with working with them reference any issues or concerns I've had; they provide outstanding notifications and assistance! As a retired law enforcement officer who has worked some fraud cases; I fully understand the type of due diligence it takes to remain on top of these transactions. Summit Credit Union Fraud Department truly does an outstanding job. I commend and thank all those who serve within the department!

I had the best experience you could ask for. Tonya was very professional and made the process smooth. She went above and beyond to make the deal close. She stayed late to make sure I had everything the dealership needed, and I am truly thankful for everything she did for me.

I really enjoyed using the Zogo app. It has been a great way for me to be reminded of areas of personal finance that I may have forgotten, and also provided a lot of interesting details in areas I did not know. As I am in my early 30s, I realized how much I could still be learning in terms of personal finance and came across this app while browsing through startups out of curiosity. This has proven to be a super useful tool with a great reward system (I got gift cards for collecting and completing my knowledge!), and I have recommended this app to friends who are also looking to work on getting more educated on the basics of overall personal finance.

In person they are good but they are completely unavailable by phone. They shut off my debit card because they thought a charge was fraudulent and I was unable to get ahold of them for two days. I finally got in touch with them after being on hold for over an hour and was able to turn my card back on. If you bank with them be prepared to drive to one of their locations if you need help.
