I can’t say enough good about this place and Louis does a fantastic job running the place and even a better job as a personal trainer. I used to go to PF which was 5 minutes from my house for years with no major results. I’ve been driving 45 minutes to this Gym to workout with Louis and it’s worth every minute. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to get results in a short period of time if you follow his workout programs and advice. This gym is clean and fully equipped with all the machines, treadmills, and weights you need to get fit. Would recommend this gym to anyone who’s serious about making a healthy change.
This REALLY is the 'Cheers' of gyms!! It is one big family...without the disfunction! From the front desk staff to the trainers to the owner (Louis)...you are welcomed by each of them with open arms and positive encouragement! Can't say enough good things about Louis and his wonderful staff and facility! What great supporters and motivators!
I've been a member at a couple of gyms and none of them make me feel as comfortable as the Kraze does. I had to stop going about 7 years ago due to job placement and literally missed it; as soon as, I was back in this area I had to get my membership back. Feels like home and I love the staff.
Love this gym! Everyone is so friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. Lots of classes offered, plenty of machines and equipment, and all at a very reasonable price! Definitely recommend.
Drives like a douche on the highway in the company suv.
