I have been using Gwyn Plumbing and Heating services for about three years now and I have never been dissatisfied. I own several properties and refer Gwyn to my contacts because they are the consummate professionals. From Nancy in the office, to Jeff Vance in estimating, to all their technicians.... I am always pleased with their service and pricing. Don't hesitate to use them!nnIt’s 2020 and once again Gwyn Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job. The technician, Collin, was professional, On time, wore a mask, neat, efficient and explained everything he worked on. I have never been disappointed in their service.

I used this company and had an expansion tank for the water heater installed, water lines secured, and a new drain line installed. Brad was great. He was extremely friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing along the way. His work was just exceptional. He also cleaned up after himself once the work was completed. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Gwyn Electrical & Plumbing. I would definitely use them again.

On Tuesday, December 29 I contacted Duke Energy Water Heater repair line because our water was no longer hot and their was water leaking from the tank. This water heater was installed by another Duke Energy Company (not Gwyn) and the tank didn’t outlast the Manufacture Warranty. Duke Energy sent the work order over to Gwyn Electrical Plumbing and told me I would hear from someone within 24hrs. I had to call Duke Energy several times due to their lack of priority and disregard for supplying customers with basic information. However, being that it was so close to a holiday I called Gwyn myself on Wednesday and explained our situation-leaky water heater, no hot water. Seth was dispatched to our home on Wednesday, two days before New Year’s Day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He was a gem and it meant everything. He was installing this water heater until 4:30pm on New Year’s Eve. We are forever grateful for the AMAZING service that Seth provided. Thank you!

Firstly, based on our experience today I would recommend Gwyn to anyone in need of their services. The customer service was professional and courteous. When we called they were able tonget a technician out today. From the time we called around 2pm, they had a technician out by 3pm. Mark was tremendously helpful and professional. He was very communicative and thorough in his inspection, also honest in his findings and reasonable with pricing. I feel satisfied with his work and would recommend him for any HVAC services or repairs. He is a great guy and I’m glad my buddy recommended them.
