The staff here is fantastic! This is my first time even posting a comment but it is well deserved! I even received a beautiful Christmas card for the holidays and all the other banks never sent anything... I thank the staff for such great customer service which made me go public so more people can bank with this company... Fidelity is a great little bank and I can say that they are top notch. Though it is a small bank in terms of number of branches, there is nothing but quality oozing from the people at the Clemmons branch. For that matter, I can say that all the branches I have visited have been nothing but accommodating and friendly. However, the Clemmons branch seems to have the best people in the banking business. There have been times where they have bent over backwards to help me find services that I needed if they couldn't provide the banking service I needed. I love the fact that you get a real, live, breathing human being when you call their bank! I hate the automated switchboards that can't understand simple commands and then connect you to the wrong department. At Fidelity, a real person answers. What a concept!!nnRates are competitive. Service is spectacular. People there are great! What more could you ask of your bank? I left one of the Big Banks & Trusts due to poor service and have been thoroughly pleased with the service at Fidelity.

Fidelity is truely a community bank, offering the personalized service of a hometown banker with all the features a small business owner could need. And they actually answer the phone when you call!! That is service that can't be beat.
