Had a great experience today. The staff were on it and I don’t have to wait to deposit my money. Darrius was very helpful.
You would think with the massive amount of bad press and lawsuits against WellsFargo they'd make some attempt to improve their company. But they don't no one at this branch has any accountability or customer service. They try to do every thing you can to avoid helping you and doing their job.
totally disappointed in the Clemmons branch office. Trying to have an insurance check cosigned and it takes 4 days to get an appointment for a 5 minute job. Totally unheard of for a bank I am doing business with for many years

I've worked with the Clemmons Wells Fargo Branch on a couple different occasions setting up my father's estate account, closing his accounts, etc. and found everyone to be very helpful and pleasant to work with, specifically Brittany and Gonzalez...Thanks, Randy
