The Manager, Christina is not very helpful and very short with customers. Apollo, on the other hand, should be made Manager because of his ability to communicate with customers. I suggest that PNC send Christina back for customer service training and put Apollo in her place as Manager. I always wondered why we didn't have a PNC in my area and now that I have dealt with this one, I'm glad we don't.

I found this bank while I was looking for a financial institution to support my small business. The manager Matthew, was an amazing person that took the time to answer all my questions. He has gone above and beyond every time I've had questions or needed anything for my business. All of the staff at this location is super polite and treat like a rock star when I come in.nIf you are thinking of opening a small business, or need a new bank, this is the place to go!
