The Grantsville branch is always an excellent experience whether you're going through the drive through, on the phone, or in the branch itself. Jayna is always very helpful and is willing to answer any questions I have in a very timely manner. We don't do all of our banking through AUFCU but really thinking about switching everything over for ease of access and just all around great customer service!
My wife and I have been using this Credit Union for some years now. Costumer service has always been spot on, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The costumer service rep that helped us recently was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The location we recently done business with was clean and organized, however, the main area is set up odd, it doesn’t flow very well. Other than that small issue, my wife and I have always been pleased with the service, we will definitely continue to use this credit union for our financial needs.
Folks this a Credit Union that cares. I recently found myself in a pickle. I needed a quick loan. Called Tracy at my local branch. Two hours later I had a check in my hands. Best financial institution I've ever worked with.
My first experience with a credit union or Bank that I have zero complaints in the process ,rates, or the ability to speak to a human being that's been trained to treat You like a human being! Thanks to Tracy Smith for her above and beyond approach to being a professional . Highly recommend
I have banked several places and will never change. I love the girls at the Grantsville branch. They are so helpful! The programs and rates they offer are so great!
