Sheetz

Placed our order in the drive thru, been waiting at the window for 25 minutes. They had to ask us what food we ordered 3 times, forgot if we paid them, then after giving us our food forgot our drinks. They come back to the window to ask if we got any of our food yet, still forgetting about the drinks. Not sure how many people piled up behind is at this rate but I feel bad for them.

Nasty cold burger sliders I was afraid I might get sick if I ate them. I stop here all the time on midnight drives. Giving this three stars because most of the time it’s alright. Definitely don’t get the burger sliders if you want them to be actually cooked.

I go here maybe couple times a month. I understand that it takes time to deep fry food and make everything. I’m not even mad at that. It’s the fact that I wait there for 10 minutes and they forget the main reason I went there, my dinner. They gave me fries and a drink and forgot my burger... like how.. they miss up my order maybe 1/10 of the time. And that’s high for a fast food place. McDonald’s has better luck with making correct orders. 7 dollar burger some how forgotten.

Sheetz serves great food, however this store is terrible. It takes them so long to make food. Now I know it's all fresh and they make it from scratch, but there is nobody in the drive thru line and it takes them 15 minutes to make something as easy as 2 snack burritos. There is 1 cashier who controls both the inside and drive thru and they can't control both. There needs to be a dedicated drive thru employee. Even when ordering from the app, the service is terrible. Please hire more employees. 3 people running the entire store is not enough.

It is mandatory to wear masks in stores due to Covid-19. In my state, this went into effect Friday, 5pm, June 26, 2020. I would think managers or MOD would be allowed to turn customers away without masks or ask them to leave. But it seems Sheetz is more concerned with profit over the safety of employees and customers. I was told that HR of Sheetz says that no one can be told to leave if the have no mask on or shoes on or shirts on. Congratulations on being a leading store enhancing the spread of Covid-19.
