Thanks for killing my stimulus payment, First Horizon. Neither I myself nor anyone I know has heard of changing back account numbers, instead of just routing numbers when you change banks over.
The customer service at the Hanes Mill, Winston-Salem branch is good. Debbie Bevill is outstanding. She is the reason we have kept all of our accounts their. The hours the branch is open is not convenient at all. It is closed when I am on the way to and from work.
You have been warned- Stay away and go to first citizens bank instead. This is a Terrible bank since they sold out to first Tennessee. The people at the branch are good, corporate is the problem. We had business and personal accounts there and the bank was always messing things up

Well at first i thought this bank was ok but now starting to learn they lie to get u to bank with them.....they tell u if u set up direct deposit with them that you will get 200 which is a lie...then after u start gettin direct deposit if u ask them about the 200 promised they til you it will take 2 months......this is just a gimmick to get you to bank with them.....lets just say they can keep it i will be closing my accounts their today....bait and switch....
