Definitely a great lawyer, I highly recommend. He exhibits great communication skills; if I left a message he would reach back out to me. He was willing to listen and gives the best advice. It is obvious he’s knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I was very impressed with his service.

A divorce that should have been quick and easy is now 7 months later and still pending. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I have only talked to him twice despite my many phone calls since the initial phone call and payment.

The only timely response was a request for payment which never added up to the work or quality of it that was being put out, I ended up self filing my divorce paperwork and closing prior to his huddle ending. If you are military stay away from this 15 day leech. Mr. Carver the BAR Association should take your license. Stop taking clients if you can’t keep your personal life in order.nnTwo assistants quit during the two yr circus this man created. No children no assets and yes I said that right. Two years.

I was told to be at the courthouse by 8:45 on the 3rd floor, so I was. I sat and waited in the same place I had before in regards to the custody of my son. About a quarter after 9 I see Mr. Carver finally walking over, only to find out they already had the hearing. That he supposedly stuck his head out to look for me. Now here is how it started with Mr. Carver and the end result.nI hired Mr. Carver a few years ago for my divorce and child custody. After my ex didn't follow the current custody agreement that was in place and was being very spiteful towards me while my son was with him I contacted Mr. Carver again.nNow my son had gone the whole first year we were separated without seeing his dad because his dad refused to sign the separation agreement that ended up having the same child custody agreement in it as the divorce. Yet somehow it was ok for him to make it out like I was keeping his son from him while he made it very difficult for me to get ahold of my son while he was there, didn't give my son a shower or make sure he brushed his teeth while he was there, and brought him back late. Because instead of my son just going for 2 weeks in the summer my ex somehow gets him longer, over a period I definitely didn't want him there, where his family has a couple drunkfest/getting high parties, underage and all. I would love to know how it's ok to ignore the agreement that was originally in place and do as you please and in the end he gets more of what he wants than me, the person that was trying her hardest to do what was right so this didn't happen.
