It's a great place to burn some calories. Try to avoid the sand trap on the right hand side and hope that you don't go down the tank trail. But a beautiful view of Sicily drop zone in the morning and usually at the sunrise. There are no portable toilets as of 01 Oct so drop that duece off before you show up or be prepared. Run mile 2 all the way to three and get yourself some time on the way back because that 9-10 is a killer.nGood luck and get going.
