Great. Typically empty most of the day except during PT hours (0630-0800). Great staff, constantly sanitizing equipment and adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Free weights, machines and ab roo. NO CARDIO

I used to love this gym but the recent changes have been very annoying... I used to bring my own lock for the lockers, now ALL the lockers require a key to be checked out. It would be better if there were some lockers without locks (so I can just bring my own and not carry a key around, or so I don't have to stop at the front desk on my way in and out). Also all of a sudden they play music (which is good) BUT the music is wayyyy too loud. It's hard to listen to your own headphones.

Nice grungy gym. It's small but well equipped.

It's the humble little gym that could. The smell of sweat and body odor hit you from the moment you walk through the double doors, and the familiar sight of the same 10 people using the same 5 machines. I only wish they were open on weekends.
