The service is unbelievably slow. Even if its a short line you will be waiting 30+ minutes on your drink. Better off going off base.

used to be a 50/50 chance at getting the correct order AND good service but i have to admit that this place has really improved. havent had a bad experience for months. love that shift manager with the blue eyes, know it’ll be a good day when i see her on the floor!!!

Very disappointed in an otherwise consistent Starbucks experience. The cashier did not know if their milk alternatives were unsweetened and had me look through their ingredients. None of their milk alternatives were unsweetened. He then tried to pitch 2% and skim milk to me as “milk alternative.” 2%, 1%, and skim milk are all still milk, they still contain lactose. They are not milk alternatives. I ended up getting nothing and will not return to this location.nnAlso, the employee pulled his mask down to speak. Defeats the purpose of wearing a mask and puts the customer at risk, plus it’s against state mandate!!

I don't know who make the drinks for today. But the taste was different and not good. I ordered Strawberry Frappuccino. Not good as always.

Always great customer service at this location. So helpful and patient when trying new drinks.
