SWEAT Camp is hands down the best thing I’ve done for myself during my health journey. It is so much more than a gym, it’s a family. Randi and Bryan Burke are exceptionally good trainers and their heart is in helping you become the best that you can be. The atmosphere is encouraging, motivating, and inspiring. It is more than a gym membership, it’s a community of people wanting the best for themselves and each other.

I can’t say enough great things about SWEAT Camp! I started a few months ago with a couple drop in classes and quickly fell in love and joined. I attend classes just about every day and couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere is set up for success. You never feel awkward or embarrassed if you don’t know how to do something. The coaches are there to help and guide you and they also make the workouts so fun! You feel comfortable and welcomed every step of the way. That was a huge part of why I love this gym so much. You get a great variety of workouts and leave feeling amazing! SWEAT Camp is AWESOME! I highly recommend times a million!

Yes, you will get an amazing workout here and will see results. But the really amazing thing about S.W.E.A.T. Camp is the atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging and uplifting. They are there for you. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind. They are there to help you with your form so you stay safe and prevent injury, while pushing you to do and be your best. This is truly a no judgement zone. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you will fit in here. Welcome to the family.

I have been attending SWEAT Camp for three months so far and I’ve lost 10lbs. They have dedicated coaches to motivate you and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. They are focused on making you positive, strong, and healthy. Losing weight is just an added bonus. Each day is something different so you don’t get bored. If you have an injury they can give you alternative exercises too. This isn’t just a gym. It’s a support system and community. 10/10.

So I’ve only been going to S.W.E.A.T. Camp for about a month but I have had an amazing experience so far. I didn’t know many people when I started but everyone has always been so welcoming and willing to help me along my journey. I decided to participate in a challenge that has allowed me to lose 15 pounds and many inches in the past month. The people, trainers and atmosphere are far more than I can describe in words. If you’re looking for a place to fit in even if you’ve always felt like the outcast then S.W.E.A.T. is the place for you.
