Marcus was outstanding today. He really put forth great effort to make sure I got something that wanted with the package I wanted. He was very detail oriented and made sure I didn’t leave the dealership with any questions. The finance guys were outstanding and went above and beyond with helping me. Couldn’t have asked for better!! I would rate Toyota of new bern a 10 instead of a 5!! You guys have a customer for life!! Thank you all so much!!

Brought my car to Toyota last week for my annual inspection, routine maintenance, and new tires. TJ Thompson was absolutely fantastic!! He got me in and out in under 1.5 hours, found me the best deal for the tires I need. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to meet my needs.nThis morning I ran over a screw on my way into work.o called TJ and he said to bring it back, they would repair or replace the tire at zero cost to me. I brought it in, and they took me right back. Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever had. I'm a Toyota customer for life!!

My experience was excellent! Marcus was my salesman and he was a pure delight and made sure everything went smoothly. I recommend anyone who wants to buy from Toyota of New Bern to see him!

Buyer beware. My husband spent 4 hours in the car today to come home without my new sienna. He spent a week working out what he thought was a solid deal. They lied. We were told the car would have the Toyota entertainment system ($1400) and instead they installed some janky $330 system and play it off. What a complete waste of time!! Super shady business.

My wife has been hunting a pre-owned RAV4 for months and she finally found one she liked at Toyota of New Bern (online).nnWe called the dealership and were pleasantly surprised to speak with an actual person on the first ring (I hate few things more than spending eternity hearing a pre-recorded message about what you can do on a company’s website... In the year 2021, we all know what a website is. We called because we want to speak with a person).nnRant aside... Talisha, the lady who answered our call, was wonderful. She found the vehicle right away and set us up an appointment.nnWhen we arrived, we spoke with Bruce. Bruce was fantastic. We told him what we wanted and he helped us with exactly that. There was no pressure to buy and he was straight forward about everything. Plus, he is great to talk to during the “waiting periods” while they got the paperwork in order.nnAll around great experience.
