We recently purchased a vehicle from Town Auto Sales and had an excellent experience. We drove into the lot just looking to see what inventory they had, but specifically the Mercedes C250.nAfraid we would be attacked by the sales people, we were hesitant to get out of our car. Let me tell you, our experience at this small car lot was enjoyable thanks to David. He told us all about the vehicle and asked us if we wanted to test drive it! Of course we drove it....home! David made our purchase easy, no pressure, no harassing phone call follow ups, just great customer service!nnI highly recommend Town Auto Sales.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not buy a car here. I spent over 11,000 on a Mercedes from this dealership.! 1 week Later I had to have the valve cover gaskets replaced due to a severe leak, and the response from them oh that’s just normal wear and tear. So I spent over 600 dollars on repairs and maintenance of the car. Less then 3 weeks later, with less than 600 miles driven, this car blew its motor. The motor needs to be replaced, they found metal shavings in the oil. I have repeatedly spoken with the salesman David tryin to get some resolution for this matter. I have gotten nothing but the run around from the owner who’s standpoint is basically “not my problem” I haven’t even been able to speak with this man. And now I am told well his wife owns the business not Him, and she is out of town. As of 3/26/21 there is still no resolution to this matter. I am stuck with 11k paperweight that will cost upward of 10k + to fix. If you’re smart you won’t do business with this company. This dealership is part of town pawn if that tells you anything.

Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. Dave was professional, courteous, and very helpful through the entire process. It was different than many of my other experiences with car dealerships. I also would like to extend a thank you to Rich. You guys are great people.

This was very extremely awesome auto dealership. Mr. Dave was very nice, patient, and respectful. He is the best os the best. I will be sure to recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy a car.
