Yesterday I went in not knowing what the outcome would be as I was in a situation. We were riding around and this “old man” came out to the car. Old Man was so nice. Came inside and told him what our options were and what we were looking for. Went for a ride in the vehicle I chose, got to know the “old man” even better. Now he’s like family. Sat down and filled out the paperwork and was out the door in two hours with a new ride. I can not thank John and David enough for the help. The guidance. All while never feeling pressured In to getting anything. Best experience hands down!!

I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel, used with some factory warranty remaining. I experienced an intermittent coolant leak and provided pictures and the issue was fixed promptly after the part was received. The next problem was with the infotainment system not recognizing or charging my phone. This required two separate trips to the dealership. They stuck with it, found the problem, and corrected it.

Amazing experience! If you're in the market for a new vehicle, go to this dealership and ask for Phil! The staff was friendly but Phil went above and beyond to get the exact vehicle that I wanted! HE'S THE MAN! Transaction was smooth, transparent and I got a great deal! I'll see him in about 5 years when I want another truck!

This place is a joke. My salesperson was unprofessional and offered zero assistance after sale was finalized. Both the manager and sales person assured me I would have a tag delivered to my address. Dragged their feet until property taxes were due and blamed everything on me. Now has referred me to someone else. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them if they gave it away for free.

I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger from Riverside. Love my car and brought it in for it's first oil change with 4300 miles on it. Asked the service writer to have the tech. check the license plate light because it appeared to be broken on one side. I waited and purchased some after market part for my car. The same service writer and told me that my car was ready. I asked what they found out about the light and she said that they had not checked it. Then asked me again to show them which light. After a short time the parts salesman came to me and told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and stated shoot the messenger. I told him that I had a bumper to bumper warranty. He said I would have a talk to the service dept. I asked what the part cost and he told me that it was $17.00. I told him to order the part and I would purchase the part if I had to. I asked to talk to the general manager and they said he was not in at the time.nI purchased my car from Riverside and I am happy with my car. I was treated nicely by the staff. I brought my car back to them because of how I was treated when I purchased the car. I spent $200 dollars on a oil change and add on parts. I wasn't asking for nothing for free but the way the service writer treated me and was going to charge me $17.00 for a part that was probably broken when I purchased the car is a shame. After a long talk with the service manager he told me that Dodge probably wouldn't cover the light because it was damaged. He looked at the light could not find any damages caused by me but went on to say some customers would try and get over on the dealership and they were working on a 1 percent margin. The service manager was nice and later said they would warranty the part. I'm not a rich person but this is my fifth Dodge in less than 20 year's and well over 150000. spent. A $17.00 dollar part may cost them more than they think.
