The service manager Christopher Harker, was able to squeeze me in for a last minute inspection. He was super helpful and was able to get me in and out quickly while pointing out some safety issues and got me handled without hesitation and back on the road in a super timely manner, while juggling other customers and his employees. I highly recommend getting you’re service completed at this location with an honest and helpful staff.

Awesome Dealership. Bill the manager is outstanding at his job! He definitely cares about his customers and makes sure he meets their needs. The sales people are great. Nick is our man and he is wonderful as well. Very conscientious young man. Chris in the Service department is knowledgeable and has a great customer service vibe. He knows all of his customers and takes time to make sure things are right with their vehicles. Highly recommend Riverside Subaru.

James Broyhill made our Subaru purchase experience a real pleasure. James is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He has an in-depth understanding of the Subaru product line and comprehensively pointed out all the great features of the Outback. Once we decided on our vehicle, James spent over an hour explaining the infotainment center and linking our phones with the very smart car. Also, a big thanks to Bill (Sales Manager) and Tony (Finance) for a pleasant car buying experience.

I had such an amazing experience here as a customer. I really should not have got approved for my vehicle at only 18, But Bill Henderson the general sales manager at Subaru worked his magic and got me into the vehicle that I wanted. Thank you to all of the staff at Subaru for being so welcoming and helpful in an overall amazing experience.

James Broyhill made my latest Forester buying experience incredibly easy. He is professional, incredibly responsive and respectful. Living out of state we were able to work out all the details in advance of my walking into the dealership so I was in and out in record time. He even helped me unload and reload a very full vehicle. I would highly recommend James for a pleasant car buying experience.
