The service center located behind the Subaru Dealership in James City is awesome. I have had to take my motorhome to them for multiple issues and Tom who is the service manager has made sure that my issues were taken care of.nKnowledgeable staff and friendly service, the make it easy to get your RV to them and will give you a ride home, I also have had them come to my house to fix a couple of things.nTom has really taken good care of me in what can be a very frustrating industry and I will continue to use them for all my service and warranty work for my motorhome. Great work I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs help with their RV or Motorhome.

Nice selection of new campers and motorhomes. Staff is friendly and NOT overbearing or pushy. When you're ready to talk/make a deal, they're ready.

I stopped to look at their RV’s and Travel trailers. I was asked my preferences only to let me know which products had the set up I wanted. I had explained I wasn’t sure. So I was given the ability to look at what ever I chose. I was very refreshed with the lack of pressure that a customer usually dreads going to look at these kinds of products.Normally salespeople are all over you trying to push a sale. Not here. You can go look at these RV / trailers and feel free to ask questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a travel trailer or RV.

Nice staff, quality of the RVs was horrible. Who shows off RVs that are falling apart? Honestly, lets take a little pride and try to make an effort
