I highly recommend Mazda of New Bern. They were friendly, customer-oriented and knowledgeable of their product and other companies. There was no pressure salesmanship just a skillful presentation of their products. Their salesman, James worked with me several hours until we completed the very fair deal and remained in contact to ensure I was satisfied.

This was a great experience for me! As a new car buyer I was having a little trouble understanding the whole process, but the team at Mazda really did go out’ve there way to make sure I got a car. I recommend any and ever body to go give Mazda a look when considering buying a new car.

In visiting Mazda of New Bern this past weekend, my intent was to just test drive the Mazda CX-5. I was looking for a compact SUV. My vehicle at the time had served it’s purpose well for many years but needed to be replaced. I’d visited other dealerships the week prior but had not come across anything that stood out. I felt the visit to Mazda of New Bern could potentially end the same. Thankfully I was wrong! Literally, seconds into the test drive I was sold. The Mazda CX-5 is an absolute pleasure to drive! Leah, the Sales Associate who accompanied me on the test drive, did an amazing job explaining the features of the vehicle. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and had a super sweet personality. After the test drive, we sat with Rory, also a Sales Associate, to go over the numbers. I expressed to Rory the price range I desired to stay within. He listened to my request and immediately directed me to the perfect vehicle for me. It included all of the features I desired and some at an amazing price! I absolutely love it! In finalizing the purchase, Dustin, made the signing process quick and simple. Hands down, this was just an awesome experience from beginning to end and far exceeded our expectations. I appreciate the amazing team at Mazda of New Bern for making this awesome buying experience possible!

We'd seen the less than favorable reviews for Mazda of New Bern and were apprehensive about shopping there. We decided to give it a chance and were pleasantly surprised. There has been a change in management and the new team is fabulous. We had a thoroughly delightful afternoon. Our salesman, John Chidsey was wonderful. He listened to our concerns, showed us what we wanted to see and was very accommodating. The Manager, Rory, was great to work with as well. We felt valued and cared for. We got a great deal on a new 2021 CX-5. John showed us the technology in the vehicle, got our phones synced up with it and helped us understand how to use it all. Great job guys! Thanks so much!

Been having our car serviced here for several years now. So far they have always done a great job! Very nice waiting area! Super nice service personel to work with. Usually finish up sooner than estimated time!
