Love's Travel Stop

The Hardee's attached to Loves is where we ate. Not much onions or pickles in my sandwich ud83dude14, and the two attendants were less than happy to help. And I was in a great mood.

I stoped around 2am. The parking lot was a mess they had nothing hot to eat and no coffee on. I was too tired to keep driving so decided to wait for the restraunt to open and get gas after i eat. 5am a black employee with braided hair woke me and rudely told me no overnight parking and threatened to have me ticketed. Im going to Pilot for gas now.

Mrs. Alicia and Mr. Chris are two phenomenal people that are very welcoming and helpful,The hospitality and up keeping the cleanliness, Words cannot explain how it feel to be in at this location after being on the road.. Communicating with the public is the number one priority And they have down packed. Thumps- Up

Normally I prefer to see the good over the bad and give credit when credit is due. But today, the only credit I can give to this store is the one and only young man behind the fuel desk side. We had ordered a shower on the app. Upon entering the building we where next in line. We noticed on the screen behind the register that there where 4 showers not cleaned yet and one in use. The young man stated that he was in the middle of shift change........We noticed he was by himself.....where are the other employees????? Where is the manager/supervisor????? Well....easily 30 minutes of walking around the store showed us that there were four other employees on the car side. Not a single supervisor/manager in site. Note: I have waited less time at other locations with three people in front of us before. The young man did the best he could as fast as he could and even asked for the mechanics/employees to help him while he ran in the back to clean a shower for us. Upon exiting our shower.....one of the young ladies from the other side was now - all of a sudden, cleaning the rest of the showers. Don't get me wrong. She was very pleasant to us. But..... Was she on break? Why did they not have help for this guy. If management does not prefer to be on the floor during one of the busiest times in your store (per the app), then why would you not stagger your employees and never leave one alone to handle everything. Very unprofessional. Very upsetting. Lastly I must say that during this whole time, the young man kept his composure as he could see we where getting impatient. He was kind and even tried to joke with us. That is the only reason I gave this store 4 stars. Because he tried. Shame on you Loves Manager, shame on you.
