My wife and I traveled from Jacksonville FL, to purchase a new Elkridgencamper that we located on the internet. The folks were really open and up front with the buying process, Jonathan even help us secure hotel. We arrived about an hour early and were greeted by the General Manager (Jonathan). He asked about our trip up to NC. We were showed to the new camper and the young man showed us around and was very accommodating to all our questions. The whole process was was very structured and our new camper looked amazing. I just retired out of the military after 30 years and feel they went above the call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of. The salesman Tim kept up in the loop and followed up almost everyday. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.. Thank You for making our dreams come true.

Timothy at Sunrise Camping Center does an excellent job providing top notch customer service. He is not in a rush to get home at the close of business if there is still a customer on the lot. Not all sales associates there were the same way. He is highly professional and knowledgeable.

Truly I have only left a handful of what I’ve reviews in my life as places and people have “off” days... but, I couldn’t let this go. A couple days ago I located a few used campers online and we called ahead today (4/2) to make sure the units were still there and it was confirmed they were. We traveled almost 2 hours all to arrive and the pictures on one unit were 100% inaccurate and the other camper was, for lack of better words, disgusting and not anywhere as advertised. The gentleman who assisted us apologize for the horrible misrepresentation and directed us to another camper dealer just a few miles down the road.nDon’t waste your time like I did. We wanted used but could afford new, but wouldn’t give them one ounce of our business.
