McDonald's

Horrible customer service. We pulled up to order and waited there for a good while without being greeted. After an extended period of time. I announced thank you for choosing mcdonald's, we are a little busy but we will be right with you. ( Because that's what you say, it lets me know you are aware we are there) The so called manager on duty got on the loud speaker and was so rude. Her tone, her attitude everything was bad. I told her I was calling corporate, she said she didn't care to go ahead. I had 7 kids spending the night at my house as well as the car load of adults that were there. They lost a huge sale. I went somewhere else and spent my money. Get a better night crew Lenoir. It's always this location with the issues.

the service was fast ,the food was hot when seaved. the persons in each window was very nice. the new tow lanes McDonald's has put in has made getting your food a lot quicker. Its a newer , faster service. princess Helms

If you don’t mind a bug in your drink and cold fries I highly recommend it. I didn’t try anything else from my order once I saw the bug. Called the store and was told I couldn’t get a refund unless I drove back to the store. No thanks, I will not be back.
